Which areas of Nottingham do you cover?
We work across Nottingham and the surrounding county, from the city centre out to Hucknall, Arnold, Carlton, Beeston, Stapleford, West Bridgford, Ruddington and Keyworth. The full list is on our areas page. If your postcode is not on it, ask anyway, because the edges move.
Do I need to provide cleaning products?
No. Our cleaners arrive with everything they need. If you would rather we used your own products, because of a sensitivity in the household or a surface that needs something specific such as natural stone, just say and we will.
Are your cleaners vetted and insured?
Every cleaner is DBS-checked, reference-verified and directly employed by us rather than subcontracted out. We carry public liability insurance and will send the certificate on request. Ask any cleaning company for it before the first visit, and treat a certificate that never arrives as your answer.
Do I have to be home during the clean?
Not at all. Most of our regular customers are at work. A key safe is the usual arrangement and the one we would recommend, because the key never leaves the property and you can change the code whenever you want.
What if I am not happy with something?
Tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right at no charge. For end of tenancy work the window is 72 hours, which covers the gap between the clean and the check-out inspection.
