What to tell us, and why it matters

• Bathrooms, not just bedrooms. Bathrooms take more time per square metre than any other room, so a two bedroom flat with two bathrooms prices closer to a three bedroom.
• The honest condition. Particularly the oven. A quote built on optimistic information gets revised on the day, which is worse for both of us than an accurate one now.
• Whether the property will be empty. An empty property is quicker and can actually be cleaned properly. A furnished one costs more and delivers less.
• Pets, and any surfaces that need care. Natural stone, waxed or oiled wood, and anything antique change which products come out of the van.
• Your postcode. It tells us which round you fall on, which is how we can hold a slot to a time.

What happens next

We read every enquiry and reply to all of them, usually the same working day. You get a fixed price in writing, not a range and not an hourly estimate that drifts. If we think you need a different service from the one you asked about, or that you do not need us at all, we will say so.

Already a customer?

Use the same number or email to change a visit, pause while you are away, or tell us something was not right. Give us 24 hours' notice to move or cancel a visit and there is no charge. If a clean was not up to standard, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back and put it right at no cost, or 72 hours for end of tenancy work.
