Who we are

Golden Heart Cleaning Services Ltd is a cleaning company based in New Basford, Nottingham. We were incorporated on 22 July 2026 and are registered at Companies House under company number 17356185, filed under SIC code 81222, specialised cleaning services.

We are a young company, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise. What we will not do is claim a trading history, a customer count or a star rating we cannot evidence. If a cleaning company tells you it has cleaned two thousand homes, ask how it counted them.

How we work

Our cleaners are directly employed, not subcontracted. That matters more than it sounds. When a company subcontracts, the person in your home may have been vetted by nobody, and you get agency pricing with independent-level accountability. Ours are DBS-checked and reference-verified, and we send the same person to your property wherever the rota allows, because a cleaner who knows a house does a better job of it.

We quote a fixed price in writing before anything starts. We do not publish a price list, and that is deliberate rather than evasive: a quote produced from a postcode and a bedroom count has priced an average property rather than yours, and it gets revised on the day. Tell us the property size, the bathroom count, whether there are pets and roughly what condition things are in, and the number we give you is the number you pay.

There is no contract for domestic cleaning and no minimum term. Give us 24 hours' notice to move or pause a visit and there is no charge.

What we cover

Eight services, from a fortnightly domestic clean through to a staged builders clean. The two that come up most are regular domestic cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning, which in a city with as much rented and student housing as Nottingham is not surprising.

We work across Nottingham and the surrounding boroughs. The areas page lists everywhere we go, and if your postcode is not on it, ask, because the edges of a service area move.

We publish 54 guides on how cleaning actually works: what an end of tenancy clean covers, how often carpets need doing, what RAMS are and why an office contractor needs them.
